If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, you can return your items to us within 28 days of receipt, providing the goods are in its original sealable condition. Once items have been returned you will be entitled to a full refund of the item or an exchange. We are not able to exchange or refund any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed complete with its original and/or       its original packaging if applicable

Any merchandise should be in its original resealable condition

Any items returned with signs of wear or damage may be sent back to the               customer and rejected at the discretion of TRIÓ LONDON

We are not responsible for the return cost of the item

Any items lost or damaged upon return will not be held responsible by TRIÓ           LONDON

Please make sure items are sent back with a traceable and insured service

Please allow up to 14 working days of us receiving the items for refunds to be        issued and credited

Please return items within 28 days of purchase

Please note sale items cannot be returned

It's the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred       courier service, please keep your tracking safe.

International returns including Southern Ireland and Europe, it is the            customers  responsibility to send this back to us
